Sunday Services

Our Sunday services are held at 11.00am and 6.00pm in the chapel, except on the first Sunday of each month when the 11am service takes the form of a Family Service in the Hall in Clairwain in the centre of the village. On the third Sunday of each month the Breaking of Bread follows both morning and evening services.

Sunday School

Sunday School takes place during the sermon in the morning service.

Fellowship meeting

A Fellowship meeting for Bible Study and Prayer takes place each Tuesday evening in the hall commencing at 7.00pm.

Tots and Parents

A well-attended meeting for tots and parents (whether connected with the church or not) takes place in the hall each Wednesday from 9.30am. This meeting follows the terms of the local schools.  Unfortunately, due to Health and Safety considerations, numbers able to attend this meeting are limited.  Please contact us to see whether there are vacancies at the moment.

Sisterhood

A meeting for women has taken place on Wednesday afternoons at 3.00pm for around the last 80 years. The Sisterhood meets in the hall throughout the year except for the month of January when a break is taken because of the winter conditions.

Treasure-seekers Club

A meeting for children aged 5 and over (up to school year 6) takes place in the hall on a Friday evening from 6.30 to 7.30pm. All children of this age group are welcome.

Women's Meeting

A monthly evening meeting for ladies takes place which is particularly suitable for those who are in work or who look after children during the day. The aim is to meet together once a month. See the ‘What's on’ page for details.

Men's Meeting

The men aim to meet about once a month for a range of activities too! There is no set evening! Again, see the ‘What's on’ page for details.

Note When we meet together for services we use the New King James Version of the Bible and sing from Christian Hymns (first edition) supplemented by good material drawn from many sources.
