New Inn Congregational Church is not a building. We are a community of people, from different backgrounds, situations and ages, brought together by a shared love for our living rescuer and Lord, Jesus Christ.
We meet together as the family of God to speak with him in prayer together, to sing out our love for him, and to dig deep into his word to us, the Bible.
We are actively seeking for and praying that the village of New Inn would be transformed by the life-changing power of God. The Bible says that when people ignore God and turn from life lived with God in charge, all that results is hopeless, empty, meaningless lives. That's the background all of us have come from - we're a family of forgiven sinners, not a church of proud religious people! And that's what we see as we look at New Inn.
We are a growing church where everyone is welcome. And growing a church is a lot like growing a garden. You've got to plant seeds, you've got to water. The Bible says "Neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow". Our trust is in God, the master gardener, to take our little efforts of planting and watering, and bring real growth.
