And for 2000 years critics have failed to find another explanation for the millions of people around the world whose lives have been changed by the living Jesus.

How did you see the New Year in? Probably at home with your family, shielded against the cold weather, or maybe out with friends. For many people it is no special occasion and by midnight they were fast asleep! Some people, the tourist industry tell us, go to great lengths and far distances for the event, Sidney Harbour Bridge or Times Square, New York, perhaps. Maybe if you had the chance, you would like to do that.
