New Inn Chapel is a gospel family - that's what the word 'church' actually means! So church isn't a building you go to, nor is it just a meeting you attend. The true church of Jesus Christ is the family of God, meeting together to celebrate the gospel of God.
As Christians, God has adopted us into his family. In the New Inn Chapel family you'll find people of different backgrounds, nationalities and ages. What brings us together as a family is knowing God as our Father. We're adopted children - God's done the hard work, not us!
And so our big passion is to open our arms wide to welcome the families of New Inn into the family of God. Our prayers is that Dads, Mums and kids would all find New Inn Chapel a warm and welcoming church. But our bigger prayer is that we would be a church that points families to the welcoming love of God, who loved us so much that he gave his only Son Jesus, so that those who receive him and believe in him might also join the family!
